Set up in 1937 and situated in the heart of Mesnil-sur-Oger Champagne Le Mesnil is run by winemaker Gilles Marguet and has become a source of very good quality champagnes, produced at a very reasonable price.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTheir prestige cuvée benefits from 35+ year old vines located on south facing slopes and their Non-vintage Brut has an average vine age of 30 years on South-East facing vineyards. Focus here is very much on producing good quality champagnes and the same level of attention to detail is applied, despite its size.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough not organic, their lutte-raisonée approach means that they do minimal spraying and only when necessary.
