From simple Vins de Pays to his single estate wines at Bouscassé and Montus, he makes outstanding Tannat dominated wines. Château Bouscassé has belonged to the Brumont family for several generations and Alain inherited his fathers 17 hectare vineyard in 1979. Today, the property includes 50 hectares of superb clay-limestone terroir along the cliff in the commune of Maumusson-Laguian.
