To maintain the heritage of the land, Château Léoube believes in time-honoured, artisan farming, following biodynamic principles. Guided by head wine maker Romain Ott, this is what they have strived to make reality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, in tune with the seasonal and lunar cycles. It is believed that if the balance of the plant is respected, then it will produce only the most balanced fruit in return. The flourishing of the vines and olive trees at Léoube bear testimony to the wisdom of this natural approach.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the cellar, only whole clusters of grapes are used and crushed by direct pressing. The wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts and also undergo malolactic fermentation, with little-to-no use of sulphites.
