The high altitude, limestone soils and climatic conditions provide the vineyard with optimal growing conditions for the range of grape varieties planted. These include Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay, Graciano, Viura and Moscatel. The vineyards are marked by a multitude of old vines for which the property is named.
