Pere's great-grandfather was responsible for the first cava ever made by the classical method used in Champagne, and his grandfather and father continued to hone their technique in producing cava's of distinction.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"c1\"\u003eIt was just after turning 30 that Pere decided to honour this family history with the creation of his own cava business and in the intervening years he has gone onto capture many international markets with his range of premium cava's.
