However, two brand new winery buildings were completed in 2010; one for the Max Reserva wines and one for the Errazuriz flagship wines. In the Max Reserva winery, a huge selection of different tank sizes, gravity flow and open top fermenters are now available to the winemaking team to give them more flexibility in their continuing quest for producing the best quality wines. The Don Maximiano Icon Winery is an architecturally stunning masterpiece with oak fermenters and environmentally friendly ‘ground source’ heating and cooling system. Sitting alongside the original 1870 building, the new developments show the importance of respecting the families heritage whilst having a clear vision for the future.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe family have always believed that great wine starts in the vineyard and 5th generation, Eduardo Chadwick has continued the mantra by establishing Seña and Viñedo Chadwick as international world class wines in addition to the time honoured Errazuriz portfolio of wines. This 228ha Don Maximiano vineyard consists of seven plots centred around Panquehue.
