Situated in the village of Sid, west of Novi Sad, this boutique winery was founded with the aim of bringing only the best quality to the bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eConsequently, it is the philosophy of the Vinčić family to only produce wine in outstanding years, when climatic conditions are such that the vineyards can produce the highest quality fruit. This means that, in the winery, you will not fine wine from every vintage. Some of the parcels used for the wines were planted by grandfather Gavrilo Vinčić in 1953, with additional planting following during the 1970s and 1980s. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar a complete team takes care of the quality, supported by oenology professor Marko Malicanin.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the heart of the small and strictly limited production are the white wines produced from the Grašac grape variety, also known as Riesling Italico or Laški Rizling.
