On the nose, heavy malty tones give way to rich biscuit and vanilla. The taste is sweet dried fruits and a warming pot-still spice. The finish is sweet and fudgy with lots of vanilla and a light chewiness.  With sustainability at the heart of Ahascragh Distillery, the bottle and paper label is made from 100% recycled materials, the stopper is made from sustainable wood and the seal is made from a biodegradable vegetable-based material.
