Strathmill Distillery | Speyside

Tucked away in the bustling Speyside town of Keith, Strathmill Distillery is a genuine hidden treasure of the Scottish whisky landscape. Originally operating as a traditional corn mill, the site was beautifully transformed into a working distillation plant in 1891. Since then, it has quietly gone about the business of creating some of the most elegant and refined spirits in the region.

While the vast majority of the liquid produced here is destined to provide the sweet, fruity heart for the famous J&B blended whisky, the incredibly rare single malt releases are highly prized by those in the know.

The classic Speyside single malt style of Strathmill is brilliantly light, fresh, and completely unpeated. Pour a dram and you can expect beautifully soft notes of sweet honey, toasted cereal, crisp green orchard fruits, and a gentle touch of vanilla. It is a wonderfully approachable whisky that serves as a spectacular pre-dinner pour or a refreshing everyday dram.
