Our Collection

A chaotic, Ralph Steadman-style illustration of the Hic! Wine Merchants shop counter, featuring bottles of premium red, white, and sparkling wine alongside artisan spirits and craft beers, covered in rich Syrah ink splats, sharp pen lines, and scratchy handwritten text.

Welcome to the full selection at Hic! Wine Merchants. This is our entire bottle catalog gathered in one place, spanning independent family vineyards, small-batch distilleries, and craft breweries. We work directly with independent growers and trusted agents who focus entirely on quality, provenance, and environmental care.

Our list makes it easy to explore a diverse range of styles. You will find everything from crisp, high-altitude whites and sun-drenched rosés to cellar-worthy reds like Sangiovese, Tempranillo, and classic Bordeaux-style blends. These are expressive wines that showcase the unique characteristics of the soils and microclimates where the grapes were grown.

Beyond the vineyards, this catalog includes our vetted line-up of artisan spirits, unique liqueurs, and independent beers. Whether you are looking for an easy-going, food-friendly white for mid-week, a structured vintage red for a special occasion, or a bottle of local honey-infused gin, you will find it here. Browse at your own pace and find your next favourite bottle.
