The story began in 2007 when owner Alejandro Bulgheroni invited world-renowned consultant winemaker Alberto Antonini to visit his 700-hectare olive farm, beautifully nestled between the historic town of Garzón and the ocean. In the cellar, Antonini maintains a gentle, non-interventional approach, intentionally moving away from small barriques in favour of concrete fermenters and large, untoasted oak casks to ensure the wine delivers a pure expression of place without being masked by wood.
