Bodegas Frontonio represents a thrilling renaissance for one of the best-kept secrets in Aragón. Situated in the little-known Valdejalón area, the estate champions the revival of ancient, high-altitude vineyards. The vines are planted across diverse terrains, ranging from clay-limestone soils at 400 metres near the river Jalón to spectacular premier and grand cru sites perched up to 1,000 metres high on rocky red slate. This extreme elevation provides a cooling counterbalance to the intense Spanish sun, ensuring the grapes ripen steadily while locking in a brilliant, crisp acidity.
