Feudo Arancio Estate in Sicily

Feudo Arancio consists of two estates located on the island of Sicily, with the red grape varieties planted at Sambuca di Sicilia in the northwest of the island, and whites in Acate near its southern coast. They only use organic fertilisers and keep the use of synthetic pesticides to an absolute minimum. The ecosystem is protected by using natural sexual confusion techniques for pest-control and the careful maintenance of hedgerows and drystone walls to encourage biodiversity. The range is united both by its beautiful Moorish-influenced labels, and also the quality credentials of the owner, the exemplary Gruppo Mezzacorona.
