This stunning natural environment provides the perfect foundation for producing truly world class eaux-de-vie, standing in stark contrast to heavily processed, mass market brands.

The secret to their incredible purity lies in a completely uncompromised approach to distillation. Every single piece of fruit is rigorously sorted by hand to ensure only the absolute ripest and most vibrant examples make the final cut. Following a slow and entirely natural fermentation process, the liquid is carefully passed through traditional copper stills. This highly skilled technique strips away any harsh alcohols, perfectly capturing the bright, concentrated essence of the raw fruit to create a flawless fruit brandy.

Originally established in 1962 by Gilbert Miclo, the distillery was born out of a desire to create exceptionally pure spirits for his own family and close friends. Word of his remarkable talent quickly spread, and today the estate is operated by the third generation of the Miclo family. Despite their growth, they refuse to alter their historic recipes or traditional methods.
