Most people know Grenache (or Garnacha in Spain) as the backbone of the Rhône Valley - the warm, spicy, berry-rich red grape behind legends like Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Priorat.

But the "Grenache Dynasty" is not just red. It is a family of three distinct mutations, each offering a different side of the Mediterranean sun:

Grenache Noir (Red): The classic. Famous for its generous red berry fruit, white pepper spice, and high alcohol. It thrives in hot, dry climates like Spain, Sardinia, and South Australia.

Grenache Blanc (White): The textural powerhouse. Often found in white Rhône blends, it produces wines with body, weight, and notes of green apple and stone fruit.

Grenache Gris (Grey/Pink): The rare jewel. With skins that are a dusty pinkish-grey, this grape produces copper-hued white wines of immense salinity, texture, and savoury complexity.
