In between running the sizeable family Chablis firm 'Jean-Marc Brocard' Julien Brocard also produces a range of limited-production wines under his own name. Having first challenged his father’s scepticism by introducing biodynamics on one parcel of Chablis, La Boissonneuse, in 1998, Julien launched his full range of biodynamic wines in 2012.
