The mastermind behind the stills is founder Tarquin Leadbetter, a classically trained chef who relies on an exceptional palate. Treating distillation much like the culinary arts, he experimented with over a hundred different trial batches to perfect his signature flavour profile, creating the now-iconic Tarquin's Gin. Twin Fin Rum was born from a love of the ocean and the surfing culture that defines the local beaches. It combines the very best Caribbean rums with bold fruit flavours and secret spice blends, all carefully rested and blended right on the Cornwall coast. The portfolio is elegantly rounded off by Connie Glaze Vodka, a spectacular nod to the pristine golden sands of Constantine Bay.
