To understand fine wine is to understand Bordeaux. It is the global benchmark against which all other Cabernet and Merlot blends are judged, the birthplace of the 1855 Classification, and the foundation of any serious cellar.

However, Bordeaux is not a single story. It is a tale of two banks, separated by the Gironde Estuary, each offering a fundamentally different expression of the vine. To find your perfect bottle, you must choose your side:

The Left Bank (Médoc & Graves) The Architecture of Power. Here, on the ancient gravel dunes of the Médoc, Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme. These are wines of immense structure, tannic grip, and savoury complexity - built to age for decades. This is the home of the aristocratic First Growths: Latour, Margaux, Lafite, and Mouton.

The Right Bank (Libournais) The Art of Opulence. Across the river, on the cool clay and limestone slopes of St-Émilion and Pomerol, Merlot takes the lead. These wines are the hedonist’s choice: richer, silkier, and more approachable in their youth, offering lush textures of plum, truffle, and velvet.
