The Left Bank (Médoc & Graves) The Architecture of Power. Here, on the ancient gravel dunes of the Médoc, Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme. These are wines of immense structure, tannic grip, and savoury complexity - built to age for decades. This is the home of the aristocratic First Growths: Latour, Margaux, Lafite, and Mouton.

The Right Bank (Libournais) The Art of Opulence. Across the river, on the cool clay and limestone slopes of St-Émilion and Pomerol, Merlot takes the lead. These wines are the hedonist’s choice: richer, silkier, and more approachable in their youth, offering lush textures of plum, truffle, and velvet.
