What truly sets this estate apart is its absolute dedication to the health of the soil. Since the late nineteen-seventies, the family has practised a highly specific approach to farming that relies on nourishing the vines with natural mineral plant nutrition rather than harsh chemical treatments. By carefully ploughing the earth up to ten times a year, they encourage the vine roots to grow incredibly deep into the ground. This clever technique naturally protects the plants from the fierce summer heat and drought, resulting in a Fitou red wine that feels brilliantly concentrated and effortlessly balanced in the glass.

To ensure all that hard work in the vineyard translates perfectly into the bottle, Jean-Marie and Emilie recently built a state-of-the-art modern cellar. This allows them to handle classic local grape varieties like Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah with immense care and precision, securing the highest level of environmental certification in the process.
