This Esporão Colheita Organic Red is a vibrant Portuguese red wine made from a blend of indigenous and international grapes, including Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit is sourced purely from fourteen-year-old organic vineyards, ensuring the wine expresses the true character of the land. Instead of using oak, the different grape varieties are fermented and rested together in concrete tanks for six months. This traditional approach allows the liquid to breathe naturally while keeping the fresh fruit flavours completely intact before it spends further time maturing in the bottle. On the palate, it delivers an aromatic wave of ripe red fruit and sweet blackberry jam.
