Summer Dreams is a California Coast project created by the legendary winemaker Jayson Woodbridge to explore the vibrant, elegant side of cool-climate viticulture. The winemaking mirrors the same obsessive, block-by-block precision that defines his iconic Napa Valley powerhouses, Hundred Acre and Fortunate Son, but adapted here for delicate varieties. Focusing entirely on site-specific Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit is meticulously sorted and gently handled to capture the pure, unadulterated energy of the coast. Ageing takes place in carefully selected French oak barrels to shape wines that possess immense depth and a silky, textured mouthfeel without ever masking the bright, mineral-driven fruit.
