Crafted by the celebrated Bodegas Aalto, this red wine is an exceptional expression of the Ribera del Duero region. Made entirely from Tinto Fino, the local name for Tempranillo, the grapes are sourced from old vines spread across a harsh, high-altitude landscape. This challenging environment forces the vines to work hard, resulting in incredibly concentrated grapes that produce a rich and deeply aromatic pour. In the glass, this Spanish red delivers an intense rush of ripe blackberry, dark plum, and black cherry, layered with hints of liquorice and warming spice. Despite its undeniable power and depth, careful ageing in oak barrels has softened the structure beautifully.
