This exceptional IDDA Contrada Stella Etna Bianco is a spectacular showcase of how brilliant the native Carricante grape can taste when grown on a tiny, one-hectare plot high up the volcano. Crafted as an exclusive partnership by the famous IDDA team - bringing together the iconic Gaja family and local experts the Graci family - this single-vineyard bottle comes from extreme hillsides sitting 820 metres above sea level in Biancavilla. The team ages the wine for 18 months in large oak casks, creating a smooth, incredibly complex Sicilian white wine that captures the dramatic energy of the mountain. This refreshing Etna Bianco is crisp, lively, and packed with unique flavors you won't find in an everyday white. It opens with gorgeous, elegant aromas of violet and rose, mixed with bright hits of lemon and the vineyard's signature blood orange character.
