The Inama I Palchi Foscarino Grande Cuvée is an ultra-premium Italian white wine representing the absolute peak of the estate's production. It is made from a strict micro-selection of native Garganega grapes grown on the ancient, terraced plots (the palchi) of Monte Foscarino. The juice is fermented and aged in oak barrels to build serious depth and a luxurious, silky texture. In the glass, it delivers concentrated notes of ripe peach, baked lemon, and white blossom. The finish is exceptionally long, driven by toasted hazelnut and a sharp, flinty mineral edge straight from the volcanic soil. This complex and weighty Soave wine demands rich, savoury dishes to match its concentration. It is an outstanding pairing for pan-seared scallops, garlic butter lobster, or a creamy truffle risotto.
