Pala Nuragus Milleluci 2024
Nuragus is one of Sardinia’s oldest and most treasured grapes, and Pala is fiercely dedicated to keeping its unique character alive. Named 'Milleluci' - meaning one thousand lights - this wine is a nod to the brilliant way the sun and sea light up the island's coastline. Sourced from 45-year-old vines rooted in the chalky soils of Ussana, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented naturally in stainless steel. Giving the wine a brief rest on its natural yeast lees brings a lovely texture while keeping everything vibrant and bright. Expect subtle white fruit, delicate floral aromas, and a refreshing, dry finish with a clean zap of acidity. It is an absolute treat with seafood, bringing a true slice of the Mediterranean straight to your glass.
