South Australia is the undisputed heartbeat of the Australian wine industry. Stretching across the centre of the continent, it is home to some of the oldest living vines on the planet. Just to the south lies McLaren Vale, where the cooling influence of the Gulf St Vincent adds a refreshing lift to powerful reds.
