Parker Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon is a highly respected Australian red wine crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in South Australia’s world-famous Coonawarra region. Sourced from the individual blocks of their southern Abbey Vineyard, the winemaking team uses traditional fermentation followed by twelve months of maturation in premium French oak barriques. This precise ageing process allows the wine to form a beautifully integrated structure, seamlessly combining the intense character of the fruit with a refined, cedar-tinged complexity. The Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon displays deep aromas of blackcurrant, bramble fruit, and fresh sage, complemented by a light dusting of nutmeg and clove spice. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant, multi-layered core of rich black fruit, sarsaparilla, and dark cocoa, supported by fine, silky tannins that carry right through to a long and balanced finish. While it has the capacity to be enjoyed entirely on its own as a premium evening red, it also shines beautifully at the dinner table.
