Furleigh Estate Bacchus Dry is a wonderfully vibrant English white wine grown on sheltered, south-facing slopes in West Dorset, just five miles inland from the Jurassic Coast. Often celebrated as England's answer to Sauvignon Blanc, the Bacchus grape thrives in the mild West Country sunshine and free-draining sandy soils, ripening slowly to build punchy hedgerow aromatics alongside a mouthwatering natural freshness. Fermenting the hand-picked fruit at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks locks every ounce of coastal energy into the bottle.
