La Foule Pinot Noir IGP Pay's d'Oc 2024
La Foule Pinot Noir from the Languedoc region of southern France captures the classic elegance of traditional French viticulture. The unique Mediterranean climate provides warm, bright days tempered by cooling sea breezes, creating ideal conditions for the grapes to ripen beautifully while retaining their essential, lively crispness. The nose opens with an inviting bouquet of delicate violet petals and bright red fruits, leading seamlessly into a deep profile of fresh wild strawberries and summer cherries. On the palate, it offers a wonderful velvety texture where a proportion of the blend is carefully matured with French oak. This delicate wood interaction introduces a long, supple vanilla finish that frames the juicy berry fruit without masking its natural character. It is an incredibly smooth, sophisticated French Pinot Noir that drinks beautifully on its own, or alongside seared duck breast, grilled salmon, and charcuterie boards.
