Monrouby Grenache Rosé 2025

Crafted by the talented winemakers at Cave de Pomérols, this Monrouby Grenache Rosé captures the pure essence of a Mediterranean summer. The fruit is grown on sun-drenched terraces right next to the cooling coastal breezes of the Bassin de Thau lagoon, ensuring the grapes retain a beautiful, mouth-watering freshness before being gently pressed to lock in that iconic, pale salmon-pink colour. The palate is wonderfully lively, bursting with vibrant redcurrants, wild strawberries, and a delicate twist of fresh citrus. It is entirely unoaked, keeping the focus completely on the juicy, crisp fruit and a clean, refreshing salinity that makes your mouth water. This is an absolute joy to pour on its own as a chilled afternoon glass, but possesses the bright acidity to complement light summer salads, grilled seafood, or a casual platter of cured meats.
