Crafted by Valdemar Estates, a venture born from five generations of Spanish Rioja heritage, the Entre Nosotros Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the absolute best of Washington State winemaking. By blending their deep European expertise with prized fruit from the sun-drenched slopes of the Columbia Valley, the family has produced a wine that delivers immense structure without losing its sense of elegance. On the nose, this Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon opens with bold, inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, juicy plums, and rich dark chocolate. The palate backs this up with powerful black fruit flavours, cleverly enhanced by a complex, savoury twist of roasted coffee beans, earthy gravelly undertones, and a hint of walnut. Thanks to a warm growing season, the mouthfeel is incredibly smooth and velvety, yet perfectly focused by a vibrant streak of natural acidity.To round out the blend, the winemakers have woven in small amounts of Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Syrah, before ageing the liquid for nineteen months in fine French oak barrels.
